Cultivated at elevations between 1450–1500 meters above sea level, the farm produces a standout Bourbon varietal that expresses both clarity and vibrant character in the cup.
As part of the Aromas del Valle Co-operative, this coffee reflects a commitment to quality and community-driven production. In the cup, it reveals a bright and fruit-forward profile, with layered notes of juicy blueberry, zesty lemon, and soft, ripe peach. The result is a balanced and expressive coffee with a lively acidity and a clean refreshing finish.
